Best Avinol PM Alternative?

Due to all the negative reviews about Avinol PM, we’ve been looking for a competitive product that was proven more effective. We checked several of them with deception and finally came around a real effective sleep aid. You can read its review HERE.

Who Is Avinol PM For?

This sleep aid is for anyone who is struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep.

It is also marketed towards those who might be hesitant to try sleep aids due to their risky side effects and habit-forming properties.

How Does Avinol PM Work?

The sleep aid works because of a combination of ingredients.

These ingredients work together to help the body fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

Ingredients such as 5-HTP create a calming effect, helping users feel relaxed.

Once you are feeling relaxed, the melatonin kicks. This tells the body that it is time to go to bed, making you feel drowsy.

Avinol PM Ingredients

This product contains 7 main active ingredients including melatonin, 5-HTP, lemon balm extract, chamomile extract, passion flower powder, l-theanine, hops, and orange peel.

Melatonin is a common ingredient when it comes to sleep aids. It is a naturally occurring hormone that is produced in the body.

Melatonin plays a huge role in falling asleep as it causes sleepiness when there is an absence of light.

5-HTP is an amino acid that also plays a large role in sleep. It restores the levels of serotonin, which can then create a calming effect in the body.

This ingredient can also aid in the melatonin production.

Other ingredients such as lemon balm extract, chamomile extract, hops, and passion flower are used because of their anti-anxiety effects.

They are also powerful natural sedatives that have been used for years to help treat sleep and anxiety disorders. These are often ingested in tea form.

It is important for users to take into consideration that these ingredients might help you feel relaxed, but if anxiety isn’t the reason that you have a hard time falling asleep, it is unlikely that these ingredients will have any effect on putting you to sleep.

The other inactive ingredients in this sleep aid are Advantol™ Dextrose USP, Citric Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Lemon Flavor Powder and Sucralose.

Avinol PM Side Effects

This product markets itself as being safe to use. Because it is all natural, it presumably comes with no side effects. It also doesn’t come with a risk of forming any dependency on the product.

However, this is far from the truth. While the product as a whole may not cause any of these problems, each individual ingredient can have different side effects and reactions.

Melatonin is an incredibly well-known and trusted ingredient. This is due to the fact that it is a naturally occurring hormone in the human body.

However, an overdose of melatonin can disrupt the natural production, which might actually worsen sleeping problems.

Taking melatonin at a young age or for the long term can cause side effects such as headaches, depression, daytime exhaustion, dizziness, stomach discomfort, irritability, and agitation.

The ingredient 5-HTP is also a trusted ingredient. It is an amino acid that we require.

However, an overdose of this ingredient can cause side effects including abdominal pain, agitation, aggressiveness, anxiety, depression, diarrhea, dizziness, abnormal menstrual bleeding, drowsiness, euphoria, fatigue, gas, hives, heartburn, headaches, and more.

Avinol PM Dosage

The recommended dosage is for users to take one tablet. Let it dissolve under the tongue right before going to bed.

Avinol PM Reviews

The Avinol PM reviews are conflicting. The rating averages at 3.5.

However, almost half of those reviews gave a rating of 1.

Some of the most common critical reviews stated that the product just didn’t work, and because of the high price, it left them feeling disappointed.

Other reviewers claimed that it didn’t make them feel sleepy and relaxed. Instead, it made them dizzy and disoriented.

Some of the more positive reviews claimed that the product works perfectly on the first night. On the following nights, the product is ineffective in coaxing them to sleep.Avinol PM Reviews

Does Avinol PM Really Work Or Is It A Scam?

We do not believe that Avinol PM works as it’s supposed to do. Yet, we do not think it’s a scam either.

It seems that this product uses a combination of well-known sleep-inducing ingredients with huge claims to convince users that this is the product they need to help them sleep better.

The website is vague with a lot of small blurbs about all the amazing things this product promises to do for you.

However, it does not go into detail about how it is going to do that. There are absolutely no scientific or clinical studies to back up any of these promises or claims.

Furthermore, while the ingredients are mostly natural, they still do pose risks. The company should be warning potential users about them even if the risk is small.

It is important to remember that sleep disorders are serious conditions and should be treated as such.

If you are suffering from a sleep disorder, you should seek medical attention before treating sleepless nights with a sleep aid.

Ultimately, it is up to the customer whether they would like to try this sleep aid or not.

However, with so many other sleep aids on the market that have mostly positive feedback, it’s a bit impractical to try something that comes with high risks but a little guarantee.

Indeed! This sleep aid is ridiculously bad at making me stay sleep. I don’t have much trouble falling sleep but I took Avinol PM to prevent myself from waking up every hour or two.

And the result? It only made my sleeping patterns worse. Never again!

I had used Melatonin and Melatrol before and they worked well for me. I tried Avinol PM for a change plus it’s also herbal stuff. I didn’t experience a lot of side effects others users are claiming but it only works for me to some extent. I don’t feel energized at all when waking up and it even leaves me feeling groggy sometimes. So-so product.

As a natural night person I find it hard to sleep at night so no choice but to scout for a sleep aid to help me through.

Admittedly it is my first time to use Avinol and the results have been okay so far…

I might check out your other sleep aids though. do you happen to ship to Asia too?
