What is ZQuiet?

ZQuiet is a dentist-designed device that was developed by Dan and Katrina Webster, a couple who suffered from sleepless and snore-filled nights, and Dr. Avery Lieberman, DDS, a sleep specialist. Designated as a Class II medical device from the FDA, it has been proven that its thermoplastic elastomer material is safe and has passed rigorous consumer safety testing.

Its proprietary technology, Living Hinge, provides natural mouth movement and unrestricted breathing during sleep. The mouthpiece opens up the airway in the back of the throat by preventing the jaw from falling back, while providing maximum flexibility and comfort. This allows air to pass through freely without creating the harsh vibration, alleviating that annoying snoring noise.

Ready-to-use right out of the box, each order comes with two unique mouthpieces designed to treat snoring, comfortably and effectively, for those who need a small amount of jaw advancement and those who need a little bit more.

Possible Cons

  1. Jaw soreness: The movement of moving the jaw forward will require some initial conditioning of the jaw muscles. As a result, users may feel a bit of jaw soreness for a few hours after use during the adjustment period, which lasts anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
  2. Does not treat sleep disorders: The sleep clinics that prescribe anti-snoring mouthpieces to their patients report a 94% success rate. However, individual results may vary. ZQuiet address simple snoring, and some may still experience snoring due to other conditions. The product is not intended to treat sleep apnea or other sleeping disorders.
  3. Not compatible with full dentures: This mouthpiece can be worn with partial dentures, but not full dentures.

Other Reviews & Testimonials

“It REALLY has changed our life! Nothing is better than waking up next to my husband every morning! I never expected to come away with such an amazing, immediate solution!”

  • Jennifer F.

“It’s like a miracle! My husband can fall asleep immediately, and would start snoring within a minute. It would take me forever to fall asleep after poking him, begging him to turn over, etc. The last two nights have been heaven! We are both sleeping much better thanks to this wonderful invention, ZQuiet®. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
